Of the Wide Awakes, Lincoln Guards, Minute Men, Etc., of Western Pennsylvania will take
place on the evening preceding the Convention
WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 26TH 1860,
Delegations of those organizations from Washington, Beaver, Fayette, Somerset,
Westmoreland, Butler, Mercer, Luzerne and other counties will be present and participate.
We feel confident that this novel feature of the demonstration will surpass in
numbers,
splendor, and enthusiasm any political display ever witnessed in our State.
